Job Description:
A Minneapolis law firm is currently seeking a highly skilled and
motivated Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 3 years of
experience to handle a variety of complex real estate transactions.
A successful candidate will handle sophisticated commercial real
estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing,
financing, and development transactions. The firm is a family-first

Description: Handle all aspects of commercial real estate
transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and
development. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial real
estate contracts and documents such as purchase agreements, leases,
financing agreements, and joint venture agreements. Provide counsel
to clients on various commercial real estate matters, including
land use, zoning, and environmental issues. Manage due diligence
efforts, including title, survey, and environmental reviews.
Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders
to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes. Stay current
with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations
impacting commercial real estate. Qualifications: J.D. from an
accredited law school and active bar membership in Minnesota. A
minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate
transactions, in a law firm setting. Strong knowledge of real
estate law, contracts, and finance, with a track record of handling
complex real estate deals. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and
communication skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and
transactions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
