Details Responsibilities Serve as external general counsel for
private businesses and public entities in all aspects of labor and
employment law. Provide expert guidance on key federal and state
employment laws, including ADA, ADEA, FMLA, NLRA, Title VII, FLSA,
and relevant state laws. Draft and review employment contracts,
policies, handbooks, and other legal documents. Engage in both
proactive advising and defending employment claims through various
stages of litigation. Offer clear, proactive communication and
expert advice to clients, ensuring their legal needs are met with
confidence. Qualifications 2 years in labor and employment law
advising and/or employment litigation. Admitted to practice in
Minnesota and/or Wisconsin. Familiarity with union negotiations and
labor-management relations. Experience conducting workplace
