Job Details We are seeking an experienced Employment Litigation
Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have at
least 3 years of employment litigation experience. We will also
consider business/commercial litigation candidates.
Responsibilities: Represent clients in court proceedings, including
trials, hearings, and arbitrations Draft legal documents, including
pleadings, motions, and briefs Manage discovery, including document
production, interrogatories, and depositions Negotiate settlements
and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes Advise
clients on legal and business risks and opportunities Work
collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to provide the best
possible legal representation to clients Manage client
relationships and communicate effectively with clients throughout
the litigation process Qualifications: Juris Doctorate degree from
acclaimed law school Admission to Minnesota bar 3-8 years of
litigation experience (business/commercial or employment law)
Trial, arbitration, and appellate work Interest in high profile
