Commercial Loan Officer ( SBA ) Also, need an experienced SBA
Processor (remote) SBA Development Officer Job Summary: SBA
Business Development Officer is responsible for generating new SBA
and conventional real estate loans and SBA business loans. The
business development officer is also responsible for building
stronger ties with the customers. Some other responsibilities that
are expected of a business development officer on a day-to-day
basis include analyzing portfolios to develop new opportunities,
developing new business strategies, and staying up to date with the
SBA and institution's policies, programs and products. The BDO is
charged with expanding this community bank's presence and name
recognition in general and specifically within their designated
area, through a variety of marketing and calling efforts which
include calling on commercial real estate brokers, target business
types, and miscellaneous referral sources. Benefits: As an officer

Responsibilities: Generate SBA business loans Establish our bank as
a leading SBA and business lender in the local community. Develop
and implement effective marketing strategies to generate business.
Communicate clearly with SBA staff and borrowers regarding proposed
loan transactions Stay updated on and operate within Bank and SBA
regulations In charge of working with colleagues in product
development and competitive positioning, developing new services,
and increasing the use of products and services provided by their
institution. Additional duties and responsibilities will be
discussed during the interview process. You will be the initial
go-to person for SBA loan expertise. SBA Development Officer
Education, Experience, and Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or
equivalent work experience required. A minimum of 5 years
experience in SBA lending experience with proven results Basic
understanding of business and personal financial information and
tax returns Ability to handle multiple priorities and deals
concurrently Working knowledge of current SBA regulations
Creativity in developing new sources and means for generating
