Job Description:
Description: Summary: Leads the design and implementation of
employee skill development programs and ensures compliance with
internal policies and regulatory standards. Focuses on cultivating
a strong safety & process driven culture through training,
coaching, and continuous improvement in development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage employee development
training programs focused on employee growth and regulatory
compliance. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training
and development initiatives. - Ensure alignment with company and
client safety and process protocols, as well as applicable
regulations. - Collaborate with department leaders to identify
training needs and compliance gaps. - Maintain accurate records of
training completion and compliance audits. Qualifications: - Proven
experience in Telecommunication Industry, specifically in
wireless/tower. - Experience in employee training and development a
plus. - Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and safety
regulations. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and

Participate in Safety Audits 6. Participate in Inspections 7.
Participate in building/Revising Inhouse Training Programs 8.
