DSP At AHL Healthcare Group Inc., we're passionate about empowering

full- or part-time Direct Support Professional - DSP in Annandale,
MN. You'll earn $18/hour. Our home living team also enjoys generous

wage increases This is typically a part-time position with a
rotating schedule, including every other weekend. Full-time
opportunities may occasionally become available. We offer a variety
of shifts to accommodate different schedules. Examples include: ?
AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM ? PM Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM ?
Overnight (NOC): 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM We are currently looking for
Evening shift with E/O weekend as well as a PT day shift. 30-32
hours a week. THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR ? Valid

A DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - DSP As a Direct Support
Professional - DSP, your day will be focused on supporting
individuals with disabilities in their daily living needs and
routines. You will begin your shift by assisting with personal care
and other ADLs (activities of daily living), followed by
administering medications as needed. You'll help prepare simple
meals and maintain a clean and comfortable home environment with
light housekeeping tasks. You will also be responsible for safely
transporting individuals to and from their appointments, playing a
crucial role in ensuring their days are smooth and stress-free.
