This is an application for in-person Sales professionals at Walser Automotive Group hiring immediately. No prior automotive experience is required! This Sales position is a full-time, direct hire position with great benefits Location: In-person in Coon Rapids, MN Compensation: B ase of $40,000 annually incentive opportunities with uncapped commission potential. On Target Earnings in this role are $60,000. Track customer interactions and sales progress using internal systems and CRM tools. Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to overall team performance. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to service or delivery. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required 1 year of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or service-oriented role Quick to learn and adapt to new sales technologies and CRM tools Goal-oriented with strong communication and relationship-building skills Motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person environment Have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Upon completing the application, you will be prompted to complete our HAALO inventory.
