A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Works in a shared services model on the BSA team that supports Products and Processes that are difficult, but not typically complex impacting Blattner's portfolio of business systems leveraging an Agile methodology.
• Writes technical stories for the various business areas and applications while working closely with the business.
• Provides a strategic and operational focus on core systems by initiating and supporting business process improvements and efficiencies/LEAN related to the business system. Utilizes the business system to eliminate administrative tasks, improve functionality, empower employees to ensure teams are utilizing the business system to the greatest extent possible.
• Serves as an established and productive professional for system related issues including researching and resolving business system problems, unexpected results, or process flaws.
• Works with the shared services teams and business users to modify the system or existing business processes.WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or other related field, or combinations of related job experience and/or education training required.
  • Two or more years of progressive Business System Analysis experience required.WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
