Utilities Engineering Supervisor -

Rochester, MN - -$95K-$135K base salary (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

A respected and long-established public utility in Southern Minnesota is looking for a skilled Engineering Supervisor to help lead essential infrastructure projects across gas, water, and electric systems. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys both hands-on technical work and guiding project planning.

What You'll Do:

  Lead engineering projects from planning to execution for water and natural gas distribution systems
  
  
• 
  Oversee project drawings, specifications, permitting, and materials procurement
  
  
• 
  Help with both short- and long-term system planning using modeling tools
  
  
• 
  Draft engineering specs for contractor bidding, including utility mapping and excavation
  
  
•

    What You'll Need:
    
    
    • 
      
    • 
      A degree in civil, mechanical, or related engineering field
      
      
    • 
      5+ years of experience in utility or infrastructure projects (water/gas preferred)
      
      
    • 
      Experience with planning, design, and engineering operations
      
      
    • 
      Valid driver's license
      
      
    • 
      Equivalent combinations of experience and education may also qualify
