standards, is seeking an Auto Technician Trainee to join our team.
This entry-level position provides a unique opportunity to start a
career in the automotive repair industry under the guidance of
experienced professionals. As a trainee, you will learn to assess,
repair, and replace auto glass, ensuring the highest level of
service and safety in every task. Assist senior technicians in the
repair and replacement of auto glass Learn to use tools and
techniques for safe and effective auto glass installation Follow
all safety protocols for handling glass and other components
Interact with customers to provide service information and receive
feedback Maintain a clean and organized work environment Attend and
participate in training sessions and workshops to improve skills
and knowledge Basic knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance
Ability to use hand tools and power tools Strong attention to
detail Good communication and customer service skills Ability to
follow written and verbal instructions Physical dexterity and the
ability to lift up to 50 pounds Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

(ASE) certification preferred but not required for trainees
