Job Description:
GEA Group manufactures industrial equipment for the food,
beverage and pharmaceutical industries. Our Hudson location is one
of our key locations in United States, and has existed here for
over many decades. In fact, without realizing it, you have likely
eaten, drank or taken medication produced with GEA equipment in the

support.Responsibilities / Tasks Summary: Lead and coordinate
workshop activities involving stainless-steel component
fabrication. Utilize technical drawings to guide layout, cutting,
welding, and finishing processes. Ensure quality, safety, and
productivity targets are met. Responsibilities: Lead and prioritize
tasks for workshop team. Attend production meetings and maintain
positive work environment. Train and mentor team members. Conduct
daily meetings for instruction and communication. Perform
in-process inspections to maintain quality. Troubleshoot and
resolve issues as they arise. Collaborate with other departments
for seamless production. Monitor and optimize team efficiency.
Uphold safety practices and regulations. Actively participate in
workshop projects. Drive productivity improvements. Maintain
positive attitude and safety culture. Your Profile / Qualifications
Qualifications: Demonstrated leadership skills. Ability to work
independently and lead projects. Excellent communication and
mentoring abilities. Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel,
Word). High School diploma or equivalent. Welding certification
preferred. Proficient in blueprint reading. Flexible to work across
workshop departments. Capable of workshop shutdown/startup
