13, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling
complex bankruptcy cases and providing expert legal advice to our

As a Permanent Bankruptcy Attorney at our firm, you will be
expected to: 1. Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings,
focusing on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. 2. Conduct thorough
case analyses to identify the most appropriate bankruptcy options
for clients. 3. Prepare, review, and file bankruptcy petitions,
schedules, and related documents. 4. Advise clients on bankruptcy
laws, rules, and regulations and ensure they understand their
rights and responsibilities. 5. Attend 341 meetings, confirmation
hearings, and other court proceedings, representing our clients'
best interests. 6. Negotiate with creditors, trustees, and other
parties to achieve the most favorable outcomes for clients. 7. Stay
updated on changes in bankruptcy laws and regulations and
participate in continuous legal education. 8. Maintain high
standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all client
interactions. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Permanent
Bankruptcy Attorney position will have the following
qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law
school. 2. Admission to the Minnesota state bar and in good
standing. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in bankruptcy law,
with a focus on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. 4. Demonstrated
ability to handle complex bankruptcy cases independently. 5.
Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and
communication skills. 6. Proficiency in using legal research
platforms and bankruptcy filing software. 7. Strong commitment to
client service and ability to build trust with clients. 8. Ability
to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and balance multiple
priorities. 9. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
