Job Description:
Volt is immediately hiring a Hybrid Business Training Specialist
in Maplewood with a well-known industry leader. In this role you
will be developing and delivering training and communications
programs that support the deployment of SAP S4 Hana. This is a
first shift position. As a Business Training Specialist you will:
Training Development and Delivery:Design, develop, and deliver
comprehensive training programs on SAP S4 Hana. Create engaging
training materials, including manuals, presentations, and
e-learning modules. Conduct training sessions for employees at
various levels, ensuring they gain a thorough understanding of SAP
S4 Hana functionalities. Communication and Education: Leverage
prior experience as a Super User or Trainer to provide expert
insights and practical knowledge. Monitor and evaluate the
effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to
ensure optimal learning outcomes. Estimated Duration 24 months The
ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Business,
Information Technology, Education, or a related field. Extensive
knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S4 Hana / ECC and Ariba
Guided Buying. Proven experience as a Super User or Trainer in SAP
systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong
organizational and project management skills. Ability to work
independently and as part of a team. Pay Rate: $34.35 per hour *Pay
range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several
factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work
location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified
