This is a standalone HR role reporting directly to a high-caliber executive who values autonomy and collaboration. You'll be empowered to own the function, bring fresh ideas, and elevate the employee experience from the plant floor to the C-suite. This isn't a back-office HR position—it’s a seat at the table. You’ll be involved in everything from strategic decisions to daily ops: timecard approvals, employee relations, benefit renewals, compliance, and culture-building.
