Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Occupational Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel About the Opportunity We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) passionate about helping patients regain independence following hospitalization or illness in a skilled nursing setting. This role focuses on functional recovery, ADLs, and safe discharge planning. New grads encouraged to apply. What You’ll Do - Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and physical impairments - Address ADLs, IADLs, upper-extremity rehab, and adaptive strategies - Provide 1:1 patient-centered care - Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and case management - Complete accurate documentation and discharge planning Qualifications - Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy - Active (or pending) state OT license - SNF experience preferred, not required Compensation & Benefits - Competitive weekly pay - Guaranteed hours - First-day benefits (medical/dental/vision) - Housing & travel stipends - License reimbursement - $1,200 CEU allowance - 401(k) and disability coverage Critical Connection, inc Job ID 17838957.
