Family of Companies) Compensation: $95,000 – $130,000 per year Incentive Visits Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area Are you a skilled and adaptable nurse looking to take your home health career to the next level? At Legacy Home Care , part of the trusted Home Health Care, Inc. family of companies, we’re hiring a Floating RN Case Manager to provide support across our growing service areas in the Greater Twin Cities. This full-time position is ideal for nurses who enjoy variety and are eager to jump in where they’re needed most—whether that’s covering fluctuating caseloads or assisting in another territory every few months. You'll still enjoy the consistency of 1:1 care in the home setting, with added flexibility and a strong support system behind you.
