Position Overview CNA Requirements: Minimum 1 year of short-term acute care inpatient experience REQUIRED Required Certs: WI CNA, BLS Charting: Epic experience STRONGLY preferred Desired Skillset: Assist with ADLs, full set vitals, POC blood glucose, Foley care/empty, bladder scan, remove PIV's, empty ostomy pouches, sitter 1:1care, operate all lift equipment, postmortem care, occupied bed changes, BH/Withdrawal patients, donning/doffing PPE, attach telemetry leads, strict I and O's for drains, ambulation assist/drains/walker, chest tubes, gait belt application/usage Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates: Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely, willingness to ask questions and collaborate with team and ancillary staff to ensure the best patient experience possible. Positive attitude and flexibility with constant changes which can occur throughout a shift GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
