Job Description:
#AlliedJob Responsibilities* Practice proper safety guidelines
for yourself, support personnel, and patients.* Foster teamwork

patients through proper communication, technique, and safety
guidelines.* Maintain flexibility to staff various work locations,
shift times, and lengths.* Perform other functional duties as
assigned to assure efficient and optimal patient care.Required
Skills & Experience* Organized, efficient, and multifunctional.*
Ability to work independently.* Excellent interpersonal skills and
effective communication.* Ability to work varied hours, shift
lengths, and respond to an on-call pager, including days, evenings,
nights, holidays, and weekends.Preferred Skills & Experience*
Ultrasound Sonographer experience.Required Education* Graduate of
an accredited sonography or radiography program.Required
Certifications & Licensure* Registry-eligible candidates must be
ARDMS registered in either Vascular Technology (RVT) or RDMS
(Abdominal or OB/GYN) within 6 months of employment (RVT preferred
first) and both RVT and RDMS within 12 months of employment.* Third
certification (Abdominal or OB/GYN) completed within 18 months of
employment.* Employees that provide breast imaging are required to
obtain RDMS (Breast) certification within 24 months of achieved
competency.* Employees hired for a role specific to vascular
sonography, who are not eligible to apply for Abdomen and OB/GYN
certifications, are exempt from the requirement of obtaining these
registries.* BLS certified.Required for Travelers* BLS and
