Job Description:
Join our residential substance use treatment center as a Group
Counselor/Case Manager and make a difference every day!
Facilitate group sessions, provide individual support, and help
clients on their recovery journey.
Build trust through client assessments, develop treatment plans,
and document progress in EMR.
Support families, foster open communication, and respond calmly in
crises.
Bring positive energy to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements include a high school diploma, relevant certifications
(e.g., SAC, CSAC, LCSW), at least 1 year of experience with
co-occurring disorders, a valid Wisconsin driver--------s license,
background checks, and CPR/First Aid certification.
