Designer, manufacturer, and distributor of specialized electro-mechanical equipment seeks production supervisor with background leading 3 to 5+ production team members in a machinery assembly and testing environment.

Opportunity to grow into higher leadership role with responsibility for 12 production team members. Shall hire, write performance reviews, identify training and professional improvement opportunities.

Objectives:

*** Manage personnel, resolve production issues, and promote a Lean Manufacturing environment.

*** Oversee purchase, delivery, warehousing, assembly, and testing for subassemblies and components of electro-mechanical capital equipment.

*** Convey purchasing requirements to procurement team and ensure on-time receipt of items.

*** Evaluate company production projects and incorporate master data into ERP MRP system.

*** Train team members in advanced techniques and quality production standards.

We are seeking a self-starter with a track record of going the extra mile, getting hands-on, and maintaining an active presence on the assembly floor.

Must have a BS in Engineering discipline and experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Toyota Production System, or similar.

Leading compensation package with earning potential to $200,000 including competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage for employee and dependents.
