Senior Structural Engineer (Industrial Focus) Job Summary Now
hiring a Senior Structural Engineer to lead structural design and
analysis for a variety of industrial projects, including oil and
gas facilities, solar and wind energy installations, electric
utility infrastructure, mining operations, and pulp and paper
plants. The Sr. Structural Engineer will play a key role in project
delivery, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring all designs meet
industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client intent.
Base Salary: $105,000 - $140,000 Comprehensive benefits, profit
sharing, cash bonuses, more Hybrid work options, very flexible
schedule Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or
Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
Master’s degree a plus Minimum 5–10 years of progressive experience
in structural engineering. Previous experience with industrial, oil
and gas, renewable energy, utility, mining, or pulp and paper
projects is a plus Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred a plus Proficiency in
structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD, RISA),
AutoCAD, and Revit. Experience with advanced modeling and
