Who You Are You’re a forward-thinking leader with: A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering, with a strong background in roadway projects A Professional Engineer license and an understanding of MnDOT and Minnesota local agency specifications Strong communication skills and a knack for managing projects and teams Proficient with design tools like Microstation, Geopak/ORD, Civil 3D Desire to lead transportation projects across Minnesota Location Flexibility We value work-life balance and employee flexibility.
