Job Description Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking Licensed
Independent Social Worker (LICSW) Supervisor to provide
school-based supervision services for a local school district in
Saint Paul, MN. /n /nThis role is to supervise LGSW onsite or
virtually in a school-based setting and will be paid out as a
stipend. /n /nPerks:/n /n/t - We offer competitive rates with
compensation for direct AND indirect time, such as treatment
sessions, documentation, meeting attendance, and report
writing./n/t - This is a 1099 independent contracting position,
allowing for greater flexibility./n/t - Kelly Pediatric Therapy
provides consistent on-site and off-site mentorship with Clinical
Directors and Team Leaders./n/t - School-Based Academy: We provide
the support and community that a new School-Based therapist needs
to feel comfortable and to be successful./n/t - Lending Library:
Kelly Pediatric Therapy recognizes the additional expenses in
providing evaluation for materials. We have an extensive library of
testing tools and assessments for therapists to borrow as needed./n
/nResponsibilities:/n/n /n/t - Provide comprehensive school social
work services to students, parents, and school staff, addressing
barriers that limit a student from receiving full benefit from
their educational experience./n/t - Respond to referrals from
school administration, parents, teachers, Special Education team,
and others by providing direct services and by assisting families
in accessing appropriate community resources./n/t - Analyze
information gained through record reviews and interviews to
determine environmental impacts and appropriate resource needs;
report data per district preferred method./n/t - Assist the school
in developing, maintaining, and/or enforcing policies related to
excessive absences and truancy; attend student support team
meetings./n/t - Participate in professional development activities
aimed at current trends and best practices for the provision of
comprehensive school social work services./n/t - Conduct home
visits as a method to access the family and conduct interviews in
response to school referrals./n/t - Maintain an ongoing liaison
with community agencies and other resources to meet student needs;
refer parents and students to agencies when appropriate./n/t -

Work from an accredited program./n/t - Licensure from the Board of
Social Work./n/t - Licensure as a Teacher/Related Service through
the Minnesota Department of Education./n/t - Training and
experience with education-based policies, procedures, and due
process./n/t - Background in behavior disorders and mental
health./n/t - Experience working in a school setting./n/t - Capable
of working cooperatively and congenially with other employees,
