Learn and apply Safelite's best-in-class techniques for auto glass
repair and replacement. Assist in both in-shop and mobile repair
services following comprehensive training. Adhere to all safety
protocols and procedures to ensure a safe environment for employees
and customers. Work closely with experienced technicians to enhance
technical skills and automotive knowledge. Participate in all
scheduled training sessions and workshops. Demonstrate a commitment
to quality service and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and
professional work environment. Basic mechanical aptitude and a keen
interest in automotive technology. Strong verbal communication
skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
Ability to follow instructions and quickly adapt to new tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Medical

Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification is advantageous
but not required at entry. Safelite will provide opportunities for
certification and further training post-hire.
