Assist senior technicians in the repair and replacement of auto glass. Learn the proper techniques for handling tools and equipment used in auto glass services. Follow Safelite's safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Engage with customers, providing updates and pertinent information regarding the service process. Participate in all training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold company standards and safety protocols. Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance. Ability to use hand tools and mechanical equipment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Capacity to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid driver’s license is essential. ASE certification is a plus but not mandatory for trainees.
