From greeting residents and guests to supporting our team with daily administrative tasks, your presence will make a difference. What You’ll Be Doing Greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism Answer phone calls with care, transfer appropriately, and take messages Assist with correspondence and reports to support various departments Help coordinate special events and step in during urgent staffing needs Communicate respectfully with residents and their loved ones Collaborate with management and offer assistance where needed Take on other tasks that help our team run smoothly What We're Looking For Clear, friendly communication and phone etiquette Dependability and a strong sense of punctuality Compassion and patience, especially with seniors Ability to juggle tasks while staying calm and collected Initiative and self-motivation Respect for confidentiality and professionalism A welcoming attitude and team-oriented mindset
