Job Description Job Description Description: Position Summary: The Accounts Payable Specialist supports multiple departments across Highmark Companies by processing vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end close activities. This role is a vital contributor to the Finance Team and plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records. Requirements: Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting support, or data entry Experience with TimberScan (AP approval software) and/or Sage 300 preferred (not required) Ability to process high volumes of transactions with a low error rate Ability to manage accounts payable across multiple entities with accuracy and consistency Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional and confident when working cross-functionally Valid driver’s license Must pass a background check.
