Job Details Key Responsibilities: Lead month-end close processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis. Manage AR, AP, and sales/use tax compliance. Maintain and improve internal controls (SOX compliance knowledge a plus). Drive process simplification projects across accounting/finance using continuous improvement tools. Oversee accounting policy development and enforcement. Hire, manage, and develop a small, skilled accounting team. Act as a business partner across functions to ensure strong financial visibility. Contribute to external audit and compliance readiness. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required. 8 years of increasingly complex accounting experience in public and/or private settings. Strong ERP skills (SAP preferred), along with knowledge of financial systems like Concur. High level of attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
