Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst Full-time |

with a diverse portfolio, is seeking a talented FP&A Analyst to
join their team. In this high-impact role, you'll work closely with
finance leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic
planning, financial forecasting, and performance analysis. Position

As the FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving
financial visibility across the organization. Key responsibilities
include: Financial Modeling & Forecasting Build and maintain
detailed financial models for both individual business units and
overall company performance Drive budgeting and forecasting
processes that align with strategic goals Deliver financial
projections around cash flow, profitability, and KPIs Cash Flow &
Compliance Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow projections and
monitor liquidity and working capital Support internal compliance
and reporting requirements, including bank covenant documentation
Executive & Investor Reporting Develop clear, compelling financial
presentations for executive leadership, the board, and investor
stakeholders Assist with investor materials and ensure compliance
with public company reporting standards Cross-Functional
Collaboration Partner with subsidiaries and operational teams to
consolidate financial data and ensure accuracy Provide ad hoc
analysis and decision support across business units and strategic
initiatives What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Finance,
Accounting, or a related field (Master's, CPA, or CFA is a plus)
1-4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related
roles Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial tools like
OneStream, SAP, or QuickBooks is helpful Exposure to M&A or
capital markets is a plus
