• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Services, Data Analysis or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• A minimum of six (6) years of experience in a combination of accounting, financial, human resources, data services and/or operations role plus two (2) years of supervisory/management experience.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Working knowledge of relationship management database, best practices in data maintenance, budget and forecasting, philanthropy compliance, and/or scholarship administration.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a talent for building strong and productive relationships across constituencies.Desired Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a complex non-profit or higher education institution, within a campaign setting.
  • Knowledge of development, alumni relations and annual giving processes.
  • Experience in BlackBaud Fundraiser Performance Management system, Banner Advancement, iModules, or Argos.Position Purpose: The Executive Director of Advancement Services provides strategic leadership for the advancement operations, information services, and research and prospect management teams. This position is responsible for the strategic management of the operations for the division including database management and reporting, gift accounting, records process, budgeting, and gift agreements. As a member of the leadership team, ensures that department resources are deployed in the most efficient manner and implements key performance indicators to aid in decision making. Ensure systems are in place that support donor retention and acquisition, growth in both donors and dollars, and increased support from all constituent groups and the overall goals of the division.Documents Needed to ApplyRequired Documents:
